Please join us at CityRise Missouri City as we cut, color, paint, and prepare for VBS. All are welcome! No experience required. There will be jobs for every age and crafting ability.

  • Saturday Work Days, 9A-12P: April 5, 12; May 3, 31; June 14 (snacks provided)
  • Saturday Work Day, 9A-3P: June 21 (breakfast and snacks provided)

VBX is the best way to kick off Summer! VBX draws students (currently in grades 5-8) closer to God and encourages friendships through fun games, small group Bible study, large group worship services, and outdoor recreational games.

Because You Give: VBS+
June 1st, 2025
Because you give, we can provide VBS+, which ministers to our senior adult church family. Nearly 80 legacy builders attended the three-day event and enjoyed meaningful Bible studies, made a Scripture verse craft, and worshipped by singing the hymns of our faith. The attendees continue to experience great joy through this annual tradition. ...
Because You Give: Wednesday Nights
May 25th, 2025
Because you give, we are able to make Wednesday nights “can’t miss.” This school year, Kids ministry welcomed on average 80 kids each week for children’s choir and kids clubs while MidRise and Discipleship Groups welcomed over 80 students each week. Our adult ministries provided Bible studies, our discipleship training equipped 25 people, and our choir rehearsal averaged 50....
Because You Give: Girls and Moms Retreat
May 13th, 2025
Because you give, over 50 girls and moms attended a two-day retreat this past weekend. The ladies enjoyed a craft and a speaker that encouraged Truth and encouragement. Connecting with friends at the retreat allowed the women to break away from their busy schedules and get poured into God's Word....
