GriefShare: Surviving the Holidays

If you are going through the heartache of grief, the holiday season can be especially painful. Participants will discover how to deal with emotions, what to do about traditions, helpful tips for surviving social and family events, and how to find hope for the future.

Because you give, our CityRise Missouri City campus teams with Second Servings and Bethel's Heavenly Hands to host food distribution at their campus on the last Saturday of every month. About 25 volunteers from CRMC and Missouri City Espanol serve upwards of 150 people each month....
Because You Give: Shearn Elementary

Because you give, CityRise can serve Shearn Elementary, a school that has over 95 percent of its students in low-income households. CityRise offers a reading program, tutoring, and lifts up the teachers with Teacher Appreciations and We Love Shearn Days....
