A Note from Pastor Roger
Dear Church Family,
By God’s grace, we had ten people give their lives to Jesus through our ministry this past week. We are thankful for these new believers and look forward to helping them walk through their journey in discovering more of Christ, developing in their faith, and deploying their influence for Jesus. I pray that you are on that journey as well. This Sunday, November 17, we will dig into Revelation 21 as we consider how God will make "All Things New." If you missed the message from last week, you can watch it here.

Update on City Meetings in West U
I want to thank so many of you who came out these past Monday and Tuesday nights to support our request that Milton Street at College Street not be truncated in the city’s master plan. We made our opposition clear to city council and their planning team, which is very important. Thank you. We will be vigilant in this process to insure that our concerns are heard and our interests represented. Please continue to pray for our city government in West U as they make very important decisions about their future infrastructure needs and how those things impact our West U Baptist campus. I am thankful to Mayor Susan Sample for her friendship and concern that she has shown to the church through the years and in this recent process.
Insurance Claim for CityRise Missouri City
We are still far from an agreement with our insurance company regarding the insurance claim at CityRise Missouri City, and we are taking necessary steps to seek an agreement. The ministries on campus continue to grow, and we are adding planning for additional parking on the campus as part of the rebuild process. We hope to have a more robust update by our annual church business in February next year.
We'll see you on Sunday, Church Family.
Expectant,
Pastor Roger
