A Note from Pastor Roger

Good morning, Church Family!
The results are in. Allow me to first thank you again for your support this past Sunday in voting toward our annual church business, which included our budget and the election of committee members. All motions have been approved! Thank you for your support and trust in these matters as we go forward together with generosity to impact both our city the world for the Kingdom.
And huge thanks go out to Liana Fairbanks (Business Administrator) and Kirby Follis (Executive Pastor) for their tireless leadership behind the scenes to prepare the information for you each year; to our Communications Team and their great efforts to produce our annual Vision Book, to showcase the previous year and present you with the plan for the next one; and to our administrative staff and campus pastors who helped print, distribute, and translate the materials for you. Special events like this past Sunday's happen because of a team willing to serve, and I'm proud of the one we have here at CityRise.
Speaking of serving, as we head into Spring Break, will you keep our Students in your prayers? We have a team of students who will be in Guatemala on mission next week, and sixteen of them are high school seniors. Sixteen! These senior students have chosen to travel and serve in mission work over their final high school Spring Break. What an amazing testimony. Pray for their Kingdom work, for the people they will touch, and for the staff and chaperones.
We will see you at worship on Sunday, Church Family. Easter season is upon us, and we will go into our second week of "The Crux of the Cross." If you are unable to join us in person, you’re welcome to be with us online at one of our livestreamed services through the app, on our livestreams page, or at youtube.com/cityriseorg.
Don't forget to visit the CityRise Hub Weekly for upcoming events across all our campuses.
Stay Expectant,
Pastor Roger
